At Align & Heal, Client time and well-being are a top priority. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients and therapists, please review the cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Align & Heal requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows enough time to offer the slot to another client. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow. Full payment is still required. Emergency Exceptions: Align & Heal understands that emergencies occur. In the case of true emergencies (e.g., illness, accidents), clients are encouraged to make contact as soon as possible.
